Quote by Kenneth Nixon

"There was a time when I believed in perfection...When mistakes could not taint such a well-written story. Man created erasers to wipe out the mistakes, so as not to tarnish a seemingly perfectly crafted fairy tale.
Sometimes though, we write with the heaviest of hands; we reach the point where the pencil's lead was unforgiving to the simple, innocent sheet of paper, and ripped straight through it.
Forever leaving it's mistakes, to where the best eraser couldn't make it go away.
The paper-shredder seems so close, but why waste such a perfect beginning? Because of one line, that one line we never want people to read, we're ever so tempted to throw away the best chapters written.
It's lines like these, however, that make us realize we don't live in Hollywood.
There's no deleted scenes, no blooper reel. Only human mistakes; the downfall of society...of being human. So we wait for the scene marker, but it's not there. We're in wardrobe, and we know our lines all too well, so where is the "Attention on set, scene 22 take 2."?
We learn growing up, mistakes are what make us who we are. Mistakes are what make us stronger. But we never learn the way our mistakes will affect others...not until it's too late.
So our make-up can be as perfect as possible, but it doesn't cover up the tears that we're not even supposed to be crying in this scene. This is supposed to be the scene where the dreams all begin to come true, the only tears called for in this scene are supposed to be tears of happiness...did we not read our scripts? The director is gonna be angry...but we'll be harder on ourselves than anyone else could ever possibly be. We're so far into this story already that we know there will be no way of replacing us with some other actors...that's the last thing on our minds. Mistakes are universal. They exist everywhere. In science, there have been plenty of chemicals that don't mix well together and this is found out by trial and error. But perhaps alcohol and love are the worst mixture of chemicals in every sense of the word.
So for now, the scenes must be re-written. Who knows when shooting will resume?
We just better be sure to have our erasers handy when it's time.
